Before you spend time on an unfamiliar sheet, open three rows from the same category. Check whether the products still match, whether measurements and useful photos are present, and whether the source pages are understandable. If two of the three rows are stale or vague, move on.

Why so many names appear
Shopping spreadsheets are often shared with a service name attached. You may come across names such as Mulebuy, CNFans, ACBuy, AllChinaBuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, CSSBuy, BaseTao, Hoobuy, OrientDig, Pandabuy, or others. The name tells you how the sheet is described; it does not tell you who built it, when it was checked, or whether the individual rows still work.
Do not assume two sheets are connected simply because they contain the same products. Public lists are copied, adapted, and left online long after links change. The rows themselves are the evidence.
What the words beside a name usually mean
Spreadsheet or sheet
A collection of product references. It may be carefully maintained, copied from somewhere else, or abandoned. Open a few rows before you decide which.
Links or finds
Usually points to individual products rather than a full table. The destination should still show the item and option described.
Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian, or 1688
These names describe the source or marketplace context. They do not confirm the seller, the product, or the safety of a transaction.
A year or “updated” label
A date can help, but only if old rows were actually reviewed or removed. A new heading on top of stale links is still a stale sheet.
The five-minute sample test
Choose one product type you understand. A hoodie is useful because measurements, front and back photos, fabric clues, and package weight are easy to compare. Open no more than three rows from the sheet and answer the same questions for each one.
- Does the destination still show the product described in the row?
- Can you identify the exact option or size?
- Do the photos show the details needed for that category?
- Are measurements, source, price, and currency understandable?
- Is weight measured, estimated, or not mentioned?
A sheet does not have to answer everything. It should at least save you from starting over on every row. If it creates more uncertainty than it removes, the name on top is not a reason to keep using it.
Signs that a sheet is worth keeping
Worth another look
Rows are grouped sensibly, destinations match, measurements and options are readable, broken links are removed, and the sheet gives enough context to compare similar products.
Leave it alone
The page is mostly names and promises, rows open unrelated products, dates are unclear, important details are missing, or unfamiliar pages push you toward login, payment, or downloads.
Be careful with source and converted links
A converted link can be convenient, but it can also hide the original domain. When possible, keep the original source address and check that the product and option match the spreadsheet row. A working redirect does not confirm product quality, seller reliability, or transaction safety.
Browsing a public product page is different from signing in or paying. If an unexpected page asks for credentials, identity documents, payment details, a download, or a browser extension, stop and find the official service through a separate trusted route.
Do not let the date do the checking for you
Sheets often put a recent year or an “updated” label in the heading. Check a sample of rows anyway. Look for destinations that still match, options that can still be selected, measurements that remain visible, and old links that have actually been removed.
A useful date answers “when were these rows reviewed?” It should not be used as a substitute for reviewing them.
